Prompted by health concerns in her family, Karen began studying Natural Foods and Natural Medicines at the age of 13. Karen studied Traditional Herbalism with Gladys Hadju, an Herbalist from Switzerland in 1994 and has spent 6 years studying Traditional Midwifery and Women’s Health, both academically and in practice. Karen worked the full spectrum of the Natural Products Industry, from an independent health food store, working member in a co-op, to buyer for Whole Foods Market Boston, MA. Karen has been a manufacturer’s representative for 11 years and finds that expanding the Natural Product Industry is her passion.

Leah's desire to educate and address health concerns from a holistic perspective started as far back as she can remember. Her parents opened her world to Macrobiotics and Natural Foods as she grew up with a family focused on food and cooking. She pursued her interests by completing a four-year Dietetics degree at the University of Rhode Island along with a Holistic Health Counseling Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC. Leah worked for Whole Foods Market for 6 years, All That Matters, Holistic Health and Wellness Center in RI and has now worked with Topline since 2004. Leah started as a Sales Representative and has covered Eastern MA, RI, NYC Metro, Long Island and NJ before moving into the General Manager position in July 2007.

Jeff has 10 years experience in the Natural Product Industry. He started in the manufacturing and marketing of Vermont Maple syrup for one of the largest producers in the state. Jeff has worked in both inside and outside sales for several organic food companies, as well as a regional sales management position for All Goode organics. Jeff has also had a pivotal role in consulting several start-up companies to success in the marketplace. Jeff lives in beautiful New Hampshire with his wife and 2 children. He is an avid gardener, surfer, snowboarder, hunter/fisherman and all around outdoor enthusiast. Jeff takes pride in working with products, companies, and retailers who are good for the people, and good for the planet!

Gwen is the glue that keep us all together. Gwen comes to Topline from many years in the banking Industry.

Lara is a Jill of many trades. She has over a decade of experience with her hands directly in the soil - growing organic veggies, herbs, and flowers while managing farms from coast to coast. Eventually she managed a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture program) for a non-profit organization with an interesting twist – serving low-income customers while also providing jobs to at-risk teens in the Portland, ME area. More recently Lara has completed an advanced Permaculture (ecological) design certification and has pursued her love of yoga. She teaches yoga through Maine Medical Center and another local studio. She is passionate about herbalism, natural foods cooking, creating with her hands, international travel – and most recently her toddler, Julian. She is proud to be an addition to the Topline team and enjoys learning about wellness and natural foods sales from the other side.

Jamie Lynn Worster is a Doula and a registered Hatha yoga teacher. Jamie grew up in Northern Maine tending the vegetable garden, milking cows and stacking bales of hay at her Grandparent's farm. At a young age, a seed was planted and since she has lived a healthy, organic natural lifestyle. She has a sincere desire to share this passion and her knowledge with others. Jamie loves to play in the outdoors, hiking, skiing, gardening, kayaking and lounging at the beach.

After years of managing the careers of musicians and bands in New York City, Bryna brings her skills to the dreamy coast lines of Maine because let's face it, Maine is the new Brooklyn. After only a few months of doing demo's here herself, her desire to educate the world about health & wellness launched her into our 'Demo & Event Coordinator' position. She has big plans to spread our brands messages around like little wild fires. Oh, and did we mention she's Leah's little sister?

A native of Upstate New York, Sarah was drawn to the rugged coastline of Maine for as long as she can remember. Owning a degree in Nutrition, she worked in a clinical setting after graduation, advising Oncology patients and pregnant women. A growing interest in alternative health led to a position as a buyer at an independent retail store in Freeport, Maine for three years, where she learned the ins-and-outs of the natural products industry. Sarah's passion for an environmentally-friendly and sustainable lifestyle fits seamlessly into the Pine Tree State's mantra of the "way life should be." Through her work at Topline, she strives to introduce her clients to the highest quality and purest products that benefit our environment as well as our health.

Nancy comes to Topline with a background in both education and the Natural Products Industry. As a child she fell in love with her local natural food store spending her saved money on natural products. After college she moved to California and worked for Wild Oats Markets, opening two stores in Northern California as a Natural Living Manager. In 1998 she decided to return to New England and join the management team at Healthy Living Market in South Burlington, VT. Although she loved her work, the birth of her daughter triggered a desire to pursue a graduate degree in education. For just under 10 years she worked as an Early Childhood Educator. She was the Founding Teacher of the first Waldorf School-owned, early childhood facility in North America – Pine Hill Child Care Center – serving children from 6 weeks old – Kindergarten. She was known as a pioneer in her field, assisting other schools and educators in developing Waldorf Inspired programs. She holds a M.Ed. from Antioch University New England and a Waldorf Teaching Certification, early childhood through eighth grade. She also completed a one year, independent study, as part of this training, with Sophia’s Hearth, in Keene, NH. Her never-ending love for the natural products industry brought her to Topline Marketing in 2011. She is happy to be reunited with her passion for promoting the purest products on the market and partnering with environmentally responsible companies who not only care about creating products that promote health in people but whose business practices are a genuine, positive contribution to the planet.”

Carol’s first job was helping raise the family’s strawberry crop and selling the produce roadside in her rural hometown in northern Massachusetts. Born and raised in a farming community, she learned at a very young age the importance of natural farming. As a result, she developed a profound love and respect for all things natural. Working on the family farm, raising fruits and vegetables to put on the table, as well as sharing with the community, Carol has come to know and live the farmer’s ethic of endless hard work, high integrity and moral values that come with farming. She comes to us with 20 years experience as an executive of a non-profit organization which helped her define her purpose in helping others achieve happiness by raising the standard of living. She believes that not only educating the public and getting great natural products to them, but by supporting companies that promote fair trade and practice environmentally sound production will forward her purpose of improving lives and the planet.

Nicole was born on the North Shore of Ma and lived in VT for most of her adult life. She studied fine arts at a small college in New Hampshire, where she was given her very first natural skin care product in a Christmas care package. It was a bottle of Peppermint Dr. Bronner's and loved it instantly. After college she fell in love with snowboarding and moved to Southern Vermont which led her to her first job at a small health food store. She moved up to Burlington and started working with Healthy Living in different roles over the years ending up as head buyer of Body Care and Wellness Department Manager. Over the 10 years she worked and learned at Healthy Living, she began her relationship with Topline and her favorite rep Jeff! After relocating back to the Ocean, she crossed paths with Topline again and is now a great rep covering MA and RI Independents. Nicole likes to be outdoors as much as possible, digging in dirt, heading to the beach, snow boarding, surfing, hiking, painting, reading, seeing music, and hanging with my closest friends. She is never bored and always curious.

Michael has always believed in healthy nutrition and organic foods. He has spent over five years working with organic foods and local farms through managing restaurants in Southern Florida and Cambridge, Massachusetts. Michael helped to bring healthy and organic alternatives to their menus for consumers. He also developed a wide knowledge of organic and biodynamic wines, which he still is very passionate about today. His belief and interest in natural foods grew during his years in management, and has lead him to develop a bigger interest in natural products. It is with this interest he comes to Topline Marketing.

Sharada Kagel has spent her life immersed in the world of natural lifestyle on many levels. At the age of 13 she began her journey into the world of natural foods after tagging along with her brother to the first natural food shop, which was a room and back porch of two little old ladies home, in her hometown. Sharada's strengths are in sales and marketing. For the past nine years she owned and operated a company, Zen & Bhakti, dedicated to the Yoga, Home and Spa industries. She succeeded in bringing her organic and natural products to the highest level marketplaces, yoga centers, and catalogs as well as being featured on the sets of “The Apprentice” for an entire season.

Peter comes to Topline Marketing from Lori's Natural Foods in Rochester, NY where he worked as the body care buyer and nutrition staff member. Peter has recived his degree in Homeopathic Medicine at a highly acclaimed Homeopathic School in Toronto, Canada.

Jeff Kraus is so happy to be here! After a fortuitous meeting with Peter Richard, Jeff became a part of the Topline family as demo support in early 2010. As a strong advocate for Earth friendly products and animal rights, Jeff found much to love and respect in the Topline stable of brands. With this in mind, Jeff was able to joyfully introduce people to products that have become a part of him over the last decade. After successfully wrapping up his second season as farm manager at Raindance Harvest Beyond Organic Farms, he was able to devote more of himself to Topline Marketing, eventually leading to a position as sales representative in mid 2011. Jeff has lived an interesting life that has had a way of naturally unfolding before him. While attending the State College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Upstate New York, Jeff studied ecology and animal behavior from 2000-2004. There, he earned the honor of conducting independent research studies across Queensland, Australia and later throughout Costa Rica. Amidst these beautiful landscapes, a passion for surfing and wilderness survival was born. Those passions have led him to some of the most beautiful and remote ecosystems across the globe, where he has had the honor to study with indigenous masters of natural crafts. At this moment, he awaits his next adventure. . .

Karin first became interested in health and natural living at the age of 14 when she decided to become a vegetarian. As a natural progression, she decided to work in a small health food store while completing her undergraduate degree. She stayed with the store for five years, acquiring in-depth knowledge of the Industry ranging from supplements to cosmetics and grocery. She then began her four year career with Whole Foods Market. She started as a buyer and within eight months moved up to Whole Body Assistant Team Leader both in Madison, NJ store and then opening the Union Square store in NYC.

Many years ago when she was a young mother, Mary became interested in good health and nutrition. In the beginning, Mary started cooking good nutritious meals and incorporated vitamins, minerals and herbs into her family’s daily diet. As her children grew - her interest in health and nutrition grew. Mary read many books and did much research, and then realized that a change in career was critical. So in 1995, She left her office position and became a nutritional counselor in the retail health food and vitamin industry. While in this position, Mary had the opportunity to work with very knowledgeable and experienced health professionals. Several years later, Mary went on to become an educator and representative for a number of very reputable manufacturers of natural health products. Mary has a sincere desire and commitment to help and direct people into having a healthy and happy lifestyle.

Jessica came to Topline by way of a simple letter of appreciation to a very special superfood brand from California. Her interest and enthusiasm towards the product led to an interview and finally a position in the Topline family. Based on her prior experience with the healing powers of high quality natural foods and superfoods, Jessica aims to share her passion through education and awareness of Natural Living. Jessica is a certified holistic health counselor and registered Hatha yoga teacher. She resides on the Delaware River in the historic artist-community of New Hope in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and maintains an organic fruit and vegetable garden with her family and practices vermicomposting.

Elisheva's journey in the natural products industry and healthy living began over 7 years ago while working in a health food store's wellness department. She discovered a love for educating and inspiring people to become healthy, naturally.  Elisheva was a wellness Buyer for many years and has extensive experience doing independent demos for various natural product brands. Some of her passions and interests include sustainable farming, permaculture, fair trade, holistic living, natural medicine, growing food, photography, flowers, hiking, and foraging for wild edibles. Elisheva is happy to be working with people and products that support the health of the planet as a whole.

Raised in a small herb shop as a child, Megan grew to thrive in the natural foods and health industry.  Self study combined with Massage and Life Coaching schools enhanced Megan's desire to help others achieve their goals, find their path and be well.  From independent health food stores to her four years as a Body Care Buyer for Whole Foods Market, she found that this industry is and always has been her own path.  Megan's marketing success within the music industry lead her to the realization that she could bring these tools and skills to spread the word of natural products while helping quality manufacturers and natural businesses succeed in providing knowledge and healthy, greener products. Megan now comes to Topline Marketing Inc. to provide the perfect concoction of business, passion, caring and fun.
